The nose is fresh and elegant, nicely aromatic with brightness. We have notes of flowers such as violet, juicy blackberries which accompany a fine fermentative maceration side and more slightly – small bright red fruits associated with fine touches of cherry blossoms and a hint of licorice stick. The palate is suave, fresh, fruity and flowery. It has a nice energy with a tangy structure and a fine varietal side in the background. There is smoothness, roundness and suppleness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy and juicy cherries, vibrant pulpy raspberries and small notes of fresh violets, cherry blossoms as well as a hint of licorice stick, a fine varietal note and a discreet hint of nutmeg. The tannins are soft and there is a fine chewiness on the lingering finish.
