Château Haut-Bellevue 2015 – Moulis-en-Médoc

The nose is fruity, slightly powerful and offers a slight / discreet richness (in the background) as well as a slight minerality. It reveals notes of wild strawberry and wild red berries associated with discreet touches of cassis, vanilla, sweet spices and an imperceptible touch of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight freshness as well as a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis / fresh berries, blackberry and fresh raspberry combined with a hint of cherry, sweet spices as well as subtle / discreet touches of chocolate and an imperceptible touch of hazelnut on the finish / in the background. Tannins are very slightly dry.
