The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and a hint of plum associated with touches of spices, a discrete hint of strawberry and a fine touch of mocha. The palate is fruity, gourmande, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, juiciness of the fruit, freshness, precision, a nice roundness, a nice density, a good definition as well as a silky and fleshy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of strawberry, raspberry and a hint of fresh red cherry red associated with a fine touch of cassis, a hint of blueberry, a discreet hint of violet fig as well as a fine hint of flowers, small fresh berries, a discreet touch of liquorice and a discreet touch of sweet spices. Tannins are fine, tight and slightly firm. Good length.
