The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry, Quetsche plum and fine notes of blackberry jam associated with slight notes of red fruits, chocolate and licorice. The palate is fruity, gourmand, fine, well-balanced and relatively rich. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and cassis jam associated with a discreet note of cassis, red fruit (discreet), chocolat as well as fine notes of wood and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and well-built.
