The nose is tight, concentrated and offers freshness. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and more sightly strawberry associated fine touches of flowers as well as fine/subtle hints of toasted and sweet spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, precise, mineral, racy, a bit tight and offers a fine juiciness, a small tension, an acid frame, a good definition, volume as well as fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fresh raspberry and more slightly ripe/crushed small beries associated with small touches of fresh small fruits, liquorice, toasted/caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of sugared mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of flowers (in the background). Tannins are fine and slightly dry.
