On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, acidulous mandarine, small notes of acidulous apple associated with touches of mesocarp, saline/iodine, fresh citrus as well as fine hints of racy minerality, white flowers, acidulous lemon and a subtle hint of exotic fruits.
