The nose is fine, aromatic and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry and crème de cassis associated with slight notes of blueberry, coffee as well as discreet touches of red fruit, cocoa and oak. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, relatively silky, and offers a beautiful texture, density, a good structure, harmony, suavity and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry and black berries combined with slight notes of graphite, oak, chocolate as well as fine hints of spice / clove. Tannins are firm. Good length and persistence with fines notes of menthol, ripe fruit and licorice.
