The nose is refined and tasty. It expresses a discreet note of leather, associated with a spices (pepper, cumin, cloves), smoke,chocolate and cocoa, as well as a juicy fruitiness (blackberry, morello cherry, bird cherry, black plum). The palate is ample, enveloping and juicy. It expresses notes of very ripe black fruits (griotte, black plum, black fig), balanced by a tangy touch of bird cherry fruits. The acidity is refreshing and salivating, the tannins are firm and structured, but polished.
