The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fresh/fleshy Boysen berry, fresh/fleshy blueberry and small notes of strawberry and fine touches of flowers as well as discreet hints of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a small creaminess, tension, freshness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy Boysen berry, flehsy cassis and small notes of wild strawberry, juicy blueberry associated with touches of cornflower, vanilla pod as well as discreet hints of toasted and toasted almond. Tannins are elegant. A beautiful wine !
