On the nose, it is elegant, opulence and offers precision, good definition, bright fruit as well as a certain delicacy, a good finesse of definition. It reveals notes of pulpy blackcurrant, juicy / pulpy blue berries and more slightly plum associated with touches of cherry pit, raspberry, cherry blossoms, blueberry, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of green pepper (in the background) and clay (soil). On the palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, a nice definition, precision, a lot of finesse, gluttony as well as a nice minerality, precision, pulpy (but in finesse), precision, a nice work of bitters, an airy side, a tangy texture, smoothness and a fine saline touch (in the background).
