The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers an acidulous frame, tension, a small fat, gourmandize as well as a very fine touch of bitterness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy lemon, fleshy / pulpy green apple and small notes of lime associated with touches of quenette as well as hints of peach blossom, verbena, varietal as well as fine hints of racy minerality and very fine toasted hints / almond. Good length.
