The nose is crunchy, slightly tight and offers a fresh fruit and freshness. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, violet and small notes of rose associated with touches of fresh raspberry, small fresh blue fruits as well as hints of green pepper and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a acidulous frame, a certaine juiciness, suavity, a fine crunchiness as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, crunchy raspeberry and small notes of peony associated with fine touches of varietal, cassis as well as hints of tonka bean and nutmeg. Discreet hints of toasted/toasted almond and fresh vanilla in the finish/persistence. A well-balanced wine in a fresh and crunchy style.
