The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh/juicy frame, tension, juiciness, precision, a fine blood note in the background. It expresses notes of pulpy black cherry, small crushed black berries and more slightly – violet associated with touches of star anise, lilac, nutmeg as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco. Nice freshness and minerality.
