The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, elegant and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fresh frame, minerality, a small richness, a small density as well as a beautiful, suave and slightly creamy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh cassis, juicy / fresh blackberry and small notes of juicy / fresh red berries associated with slight touches of violet, cornflowers as well as slight hints of juicy blueberry, fresh licorice, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of vanilla pod.
