The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers a very fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry and ripe small black fruits associated with touches of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, caramelization as well as hints of licorice, violet, raspberry, Bourbon vanilla, an imperceptible hint of tonka bean and tea (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, round, elegant and offers a good definition, a mineral frame, juiciness, gourmandise, suavity as well as a very fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with touches of violet, blueberry, tea as well as hints of caramelization, toasted hints and Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are fine, structuring and elegant. (2020)
