It reveals notes of quince, fleshy peach and small notes of apricot associated with discreet hints of mirabelle plum as well as an imperceptible touch of zest, papaya, flint and grove. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmande, beautifully defined, precise, finesse and suavity, finesse of the grain, a good juiciness, minerality, a beautiful guideline as well as a small acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed yellow peach and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with small touches of ripe apricot associated with discreet hints of apple, citrus as well as a very discreet hint of flowers / grove, papaya (in the background) and an imperceptible toasted hint / vanilla (in the background). Good length.
