The nose is fruity and offers a small freshness and a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe/juicy cassis, ripe/juicy wild raspberry and small notes of griotte associated with fine touches of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, a mineral frame as well as a fine tension. On the palarte this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of griotte as well as subtle hints of dark chocolate/tonka bean and a subtle hint of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
