On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers a certain tension, minerality, freshness as well as precision and a tannic structure. This wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy blackcurrant and more slightly bright cherry associated with small touches of fresh iris / lily as well as hints of toast, nutmeg and fine hints of cardamom. A tannic structure that needs time to polish.
