The nose is aromatic, gourmand, complex, elegant and offers a slight richness. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of bulb associated with slight / discreet touches of Zan, sweet spices and caramelized oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slight, precise, supple, complex and offers gourmandize, unctuosity, suavity, a beautiful fat, a good definition as well as a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cassis, blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of bulb associated with small touches of crushed wild berries, slight touches of toasted oak, caramelization, chocolate (in the background), a subtle hint of vanilla as well as an imperceptible touch of almond and gray pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine, elegant and supple. Good length and persistence.
