On the nose it offers concentration, a certain power as well as concentration. It reveals notes of blackcurrant, black berries and slightly pepper, camphor associated with cherry, bright red berries as well as hints of spices and a very discreet hint of pepper. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers a nice juiciness, minerality, a good balance as well as a tangy frame, a fine smoothness and a pulpy / juicy fruit. This wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and more slightly raspberry associated with touches of pulpy plum, redcurrant as well as tonka bean, blueberry, cardamom, tobacco, vanilla and of toasted hazelnut. The tannins are precise, well-rounded and elegant.
