The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, fine, well-balanced, large, aerial, well-defined and offers a mineral frame and a nice silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy Quetsche plum associated with fine notes of cassis, crunchy wild strawberry, cassis bud (discreet), violets as well as touches of zan, tobacco, discreet hints of chocolate and discreet hints of toasted oak. Tannins are fine. Good length.
