The nose is fruity, mineral and offers intensity. It expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy blackberry, fleshy/pulpy raspberry and more slightly – crushed blackcurrant, associated with touches of violet, licorice stick and a discreet hint of sweet spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, roundness, smoothness, a fresh frame, fat. We find notes of pulpy raspberry, small creamy red berries and more slightly – cherry blossom, associated with touches of fresh lily as well as hints of blackcurrant, licorice, sweet spices and hints of chocolate in the background.
