Château Fleur Peyrabon 2022 – Pauillac

Château Fleur Peyrabon 2022 – Pauillac

The nose is elegant, fresh, airy and offers a lovely rich “lightness” as well as a fine roasted/cocoa side. We find notes of bright blackberry, violet, cornflower and small notes of fresh/pulpy cherry associated with touches of small, almost roasted red fruits as well as fine hints of Cubebe pepper and a fine almost varietal hint. background. The palate is fresh, elegant, mineral, delicate, silky, textured and offers lovely definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, small crushed blue fruits and more slightly of bright raspberry associated with touches of roasted cherry, racy minerality, star anise, a subtle hint of toast as well as a fine hint of fresh roasting and toasted almond. Good length. Very nice freshness, power, general harmony, great structure and delicacy! Congratulations !
