The nose is fruity, powerful, elegant and offers intensity, gourmandize and a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of cassis, raspberry and small notes of fleshy small black fruits (blackberry…) associated with touches liquorice stick, green pepper as well as discreet toasted hints and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg/almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, suavity, a beautiful precision/définition, a good structure, a fine tension as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of strawberry, cornflower, toasted as well as fine hints of liquorice, hazelnut, almond and chocolate on the finish/persistence. Tannins are elegant, fine and well-built.
