The nose is aromatic, racy and offers richness. It reveals notes of quince, citron and small notes of candied lemon, candied nectarine associated with small touches of kumquat as well as discreet hints of ginger and fresh almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a small acidulous frame, gourmandise, richness, finesse, freshness, a slight tension, elegance as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, quince and small notes of candied nectarine associated with small touches of dry apricot as well as discreet hints of ginger, almond and dried small fruits. Good length and persistence. There are slight hints of dried apricot, peach, discreet hints of almond and an imperceptible touch of vanilla on the persistence.
