The nose is fruity, silky, elegant, aromatic and offers a Perfum side. It reveals notes of boysenberry, black cherry / sour cherry and small notes of blue fruits, violet, liquorice associated with small touches of raspberry as well as hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, freshness, a small crunchiness, a slight acidulous frame, a beautiful racy minerality, a beautiful elegance, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a small unctuosity as well as a beautiful delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, crushed blueberry and small notes of flowers / violet associated with small touches of blue fruits, raspberry, liquorice as well as discreet hints of chocolate / sweet spices. Tannins are fine, elegant and very slightly firm. Good length. Small chew on the finish. There are an imperceptible hint of caramelization, toasted hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of almond on the persistence. (2022+)
