The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a slight power. It reveals slight notes of racy minerality/clay and hints of cherry/fresh red berries (and ripe!), fresh/ripe strawberry associated with slight notes of cassis as well as a discreet woody hint and slight touches of spices (gray pepper, nutmeg…). The palate is fruity, round, well-balanced and offers fat, a beautiful tension, a beautiful freshness, creaminess as well as an acid/fresh frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry and a hint of redcurrant) and a slight touch of cassis, racy minerality associatedw ith slight hints of licorice, a woody hint, a discreet hint of spices as wells a a very discreet hint of pepper, fleshy fruits and an iemprceptible hint of plum on the finish. Tannins are fine and polished. Nice aromatic persistence. There is a very discreet/imperceptible hint of toasted/chocolate on the aftertaste. Nice potential!
