The nose is beautifully built and powerful. It reveals notes of truffle, undergrowth and roasting associated with a few notes of black fruits as well as small woody notes. The palate is fresh, fat, relatively harmonious and “smooth”. In the mouth it expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry and slight notes of black cherry associated with slight notes of chocolate and oaky/toasted notes. The tannins are fine, supple and slightly firm. Good length and persistence on the palate with notes of coffee and fruit.
