(organic) The wine has a golden color of medium intensity. The nose is fragrant, dense and refined. It expresses notes of peach in syrup, ripe pineapple, fresh apricot, candied lemon peel, orange zest, candied orange, as well as flower honey, white flowers (acacia, lime blossom, apple blossom) and a bitter hint of grapefruit and a touch of vanilla and toasted hazelnut. The taste is oily, dense and aromatic. In attack, it expresses spicy and toasted notes (vanilla, toasted hazelnut, bitter almond), peach in syrup, ripe pineapple, a hint of exotic fruits (papaya, passion fruit), apricot in syrup, as well as acacia, apple blossom and linden. Beautiful balance, thanks to a salivating acidity. The finish is persistent, fresh and slightly spicy. A gourmand and pleasant wine.
