The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small crunchiness. It reveals notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, juicy/crunchy blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, gray pepper as well as very discreet hints of grilled bread (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, racy, very finely tight and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy small red fruits associated with a touch of violet as well as fine hints of liquorice as well as very discreet/imperceptible hints of toasted. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of cocoa on the finish/persistence.
