Château du Moulin-à-Vent 2016 – Moulin-à-Vent

Château du Moulin-à-Vent 2016 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is elegant, powerful, fruity and offers gourmandise. It reveals notes of cassis, plum and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of flowers (violet, rose), gunflint , spices, Cuben pepper and very discreet hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a fine tension, a fine fat, a fine juiciness, a small freshness as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, plum and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of red berries, fleshy raspberry as well as hints of violet, Zan and spices. Good length. There are slight hints of Bourbon vanilla, almond / chocolate on the finish / persistence. Gourmandise on the finish / persistence.
