The nose is fresh, racy with a nice fresh floral side. We have notes of fresh blackberries, fresh violet and slight notes of blackcurrant associated with touches of noble varietals. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, tension, accuracy, a mineral frame as well as good definition. We have a noble and sappy varietal side with this racy minerality. There are notes of fresh blackberries, luscious blackcurrant and slight notes of blueberry associated with touches of lily as well as hints of fresh tobacco. Good job on the good bitters and presence of a discreet note of coffee in the background.
