The palate is fruity and offers roundness, fat, an acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as a fine straightness. On the palate, this Calvados expresses notes of cooked yellow apple, quince marmalade and small notes of Tarte Tatin associated with touches of caramelization, apple blossoms, pear in brandy as well as fine hints of spices, with a very discreet hint of acacia and pepper.
