The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition as well as gourmandize, a beautiful tension (full of finesse), energy and a chiseled side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh quince, fresh/juicy kumquatand small notes of honeysuckle associated with small touches of juicy mandarin, orange and flowers. Discreet hints of toasted oak, chestnut butter/hazelnut butter in the finish/persistence.
