The nose is fruity and offers a small power, a fine juiciness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy strawberry and more slightly fleshy raspberry, blackberry associated with hints of flowers (violet, rose), racy minerality as well as discreet touches of spices, a hint of Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of fresh almond. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful minerality, finesse, juiciness as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and more slightly raspberry associated with small touches of juicy small berries, flowers (rose, lilac, violet) as well as discreet hints of spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of chocolate and toasted on the persistence/aftertaste! A beautiful wine!
