On the nose, fresh, fruity, tightly wrapped and offers freshness, intensity and complexity. It reveals notes of candied peach, peach blossom and slightly fresh berries combined with hints of fresh citrus/crystallized citrus as well as fine zest, a discreet touch of verbena, spice and a subtle waft of almond. On the palate, fruity, fresh, balanced and offers deliciousness, good definition and a juicy/acidic frame, tension, energy and a fine edgy side. The wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied kumquat and slightly crystallized tangerine combined with hints of fresh/juicy/finely acidic berries as well as sophisticated (almost iodine) minerality, dried apricot, a discreet firmness on dried fruits, a subtle touch of caramelization and vanilla. Good length.
