The nose is fresh. It reveals notes of lemon, candied green apple and more slightly peach associated with fine touches of zests, racy minerality as well as a discreet hint of white flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful tension, a nice acid frame, fat, a fine unctuosity as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, cristallized mandarin and candied white fruits associated with touches of pineapple in syrup as well as discreet touches of litchee, nutmeg, honey, spices and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Good length. There is a hint of toasted almond on the finish.
