The nose is elegant and offers concentration, power as well as a discreet tightness (currently). The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of fresh quince, crushed small yellow fruits and small notes of juicy / fresh nectarine associated with small touches of crystallized lemon as well as beautiful hints of spices, nutmeg, fresh lilies, a subtle hint of saffron and a very discreet hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-mastered / full of precision and offers delicacy in its concentration, a certain power, a beautiful gourmandize as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. The wine is currently a bit on the hold. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of acidulous / juicy quince, juicy / acidulous kumquat and small notes dry apricot associated with touches of crushed / fresh nectarine, hints of fresh quenette, saffron, fresh lily as well as slight hints of spices, toasted hazelnuts, crushed almonds, a subtle toasted hint and a discreet hint almost pâtisseries in the background. Good length. A discreet fruit paste / mandarin paste side on the persistence. I recommend to wait 5 years more.
