The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, precision, a fine richness as well as a beautiful fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy strawberry, fleshy/pulpy cherryand small notes of violet associated with touches of cornflower, liquorice as well as fine hints of small blue fruits, cardamom and hazelnut.
