The nose is fruity and offers elegance, a small power and concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy/ripe blackberry, fleshy/ripe strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, lily, toasted, a very discreet hint of nutmeg as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and sweet spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a small acidulous, freshness, harmony as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of violet, liquorice stick, toasted as well as very fine hints of chocolate. Tannins are well-built and elegant. A fine hints of racy minerality on the finish.
