The nose is racy and slightly tight. It reveals notes of flint and slight notes of fresh white fruits (Willimas pear, hint of yellow peach) associated with a hint of lemon zests, quince as well as a discreet woody hint and an imperceptible hint of quenette. The palate is fruity, racy and offers gourmandise, unctuosity, straightness, a beautiful fat, a very slightly minerality as well as a beautiful suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of Williams pear, quenette and slight touches of quince/ripe kumquat associated with a discreet hint of ripe yellow plum, vanilla and toasted oak. Good length. There is a beautiful, aromatic and gourmand persistence.
