The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension as well as suavity, finesse and a very fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cherry, pulpy cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of small berries, crushed strawberry, liquorice as well as fine hints of blueberry, chocolate, a subtle hint of sugared mild tobacco and cocoa.
