The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers elegance and a fine freshness (in the background). It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, ripe/fresh Boysen berry and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers (violet, rose), juicy/crunchy purple plum as well as very fine hints of Cuben pepper and caramelization/toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cassis, fleshy/juicy Boysen berry and small notes of juicy/fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers (violet, cornflower) as well as a hint of small juicy blue fruits, vanilla and caramelization. A very fine chew on the persistence (gives gourmandize).
