There are notes of fresh/ crunchy cherry, grey pepper and small notes of cherry stalk associated with slight hints of juicy cassis as well as hints of violet and liquorice stick. The mouth is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, beautifully racy and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, precision, tension, a beautiful tannic structure as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ fresh cherry, pulpy blackberry and small notes of cassis associated with slight hints of liquorice/ liquorice stick as well as subtle hint of toasted almond. Good length. Harmonious and on the fruit. Slight chew on the finish.
