Château des Gimarets – Tradition 2015 – Moulin-à-Vent

Château des Gimarets – Tradition 2015 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is intense, powerful and quite aromatic. It reveals notes of cassis, hawthorn and boysenberry associated with discreet hints of wild berries. The palate is fruity, mineral, sleek, silkyrelatively ample and offers a slight freshness, an acid frame, finesse, dynamism, roundness, a beautiful suavity as well as a beautiful definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy plum and slight notes of blueberry associated with a touch of fleshy strawberry as well as discreet hints of toasted and a very slight hint of cacao on the persistence. Tannins are very slightly dry and very slightly firm. Good length and persistence.
