The palate is fruity, discreet perlante (discreetly “beading”), very discreetly tuight and offers a fine acidulous frame, precision/justness as well as suavity, a fine grain and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh lemon, juicy/fresh peach, small notes of Mirabelle associated with touches of lemon flowers, juicy apple as well as very fine hints of fresh raspberry and cherry blossom.
