Nice deep ruby color with purple hint. Limpid and shiny. The first nose is aromatic with notes of undergrowth, leather, toast and black fruits. With aeration, the alcohol comes out a little accompanied by touches of rose and black pepper. There is also a little tomato coulis and mint. The attack is on the freshness. We immediately smell the pepper and the peony with also rose petals. There is a nice acidity. The tannins are smooth on the palate. There are crunchy black berries such as blueberries and blackcurrants. The whole is balanced, easy to drink, with a delicate finish on black fruits that does not last forever.
