Château des Ferrages – Mon plaisir 2015 – Côtes de Provence

The nose reveals slight notes of vine peach associated with a hint of citrus fruits, mango, flint, passion fruits as well as a very discreet hint of fresh lemon zest. The palate is fruity, fine, suave, well-balanced and offers a beautiful fat, a slight fleshy, gourmandize as well as a slight minerality. The wine opens with a tingling sensation. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy white peach and pear associated with slight notes of Quenette, passion fruits as well as a discreet hint of apricot, lemon, mandarin and a very discreet hint of flint. Good length.
