The color is ruby, limpid and shiny. The first nose is discreet and pleasant with notes of vanilla and black fruits. Aeration reveals toast and the black fruits emerge with more precision: blackberry and blackcurrant. The menthol is released, making the whole fresh. There is also a little coffee note. The attack is round, fresh. We then find fresh black fruits such as blackberries and cherries. It’s juicy. The tannins are very smooth. The mid-palate is a bit alcoholic with roasted notes of coffee and cocoa. The black fruits continue in a nice finish. It is simple and efficient. Gourmand and balanced. The finish lingers with a touch of salt.
