The color is pale cherry, the wine is limpid and shiny. The first nose is aromatic with notes of toast and crunchy red berries. We also perceive a touch of vanilla. With aeration, it becomes fresh and tangy. There are notes of Darjeeling tea, orange zest with always red fruits aromas. It is gourmand. At the end, there is also a little wood touch. The palate is fresh. The attack is on crunchy red berries such as cherries and strawberries. There are also notes of pepper as well as flowers such as rose. The tannins are present, dry on the mid-palate. The finish still has a bit of astringency and brandy fruits like kirsch cherry appear. There is a hint of vegetal with flowers at the very end.
